Founded by Josh Davis, Brown & Balanced started as a series of pop-up bartending events to showcase Black bartenders. Today, Brown & Balanced hosts in-person events that celebrate Black culture, produces virtual live shows & social media that spotlight Black talent and address social issues, and sells apparel that lets everyone know it's time to Normalize Black Bartenders!
